Model of organization

Modello di organizzazione, gestione e controllo, ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 231/2001

Idrotherm 2000, in data 18 ottobre 2016 ha adottato, con apposita delibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione, il proprio Modello di Organizzazione e Gestione ai sensi dell’art. 6 del D.Lgs. 231/01. La Società ha, inoltre, adottato un Codice Etico di comportamento, un Sistema Disciplinare interno – che prevede sanzioni in caso di mancato rispetto delle prescrizioni e misure indicate nel Modello e nei suoi allegati – ed ha nominato un Organismo di Vigilanza.
